Overall dimensions are 31 ½” wide x 27 ½” long and 7 ½” deep. It holds 17 gallons.

The filler neck on this tank is 12 ½” from the front edge of the gas tank seam to the center of the filler. Please check this measurement very carefully!!! 

You get a new steel filler tube and a gasoline rated rubber hose to attach the filler to the tank. The filler neck being separate from the tank allows easier installation and much less expensive shipping. It does not have an internal fuel pick-up tube. The fuel is picked up through the sending unit which is available separately.

Sending units are available with either 5/16” or 3/8” pick-up tubes. They operate in the 0 to 30 ohm range just like the original sender.
